Почему мой сервис vsftp не может запуститься?

Вот мой /etc/vsftpd.conf.

listen=on
anonymous_enable=YES
local_enable=YES
write_enable=YES
chroot_local_user=YES
local_root=/home/ftp
anon_root=/home/ftp
xferlog_enable=YES
xferlog_file=/var/log/vsftpd.log

В консоли

service vsftpd start

Почему служба vsftp не может запуститься?

Когда я использовал sudo /usr/sbin/vsftpd , он дал

500 OOPS: unrecognised variable in config file: allow_ftpd_full_access. 

Как только я прокомментировал эту строку, vsftpd запустился.
