у меня windows 8.1 продолжает зависать по разным причинам на синем экране: tcpip.sys, ntfs .. (извините, не помню их всех)

Я посмотрел последние 8 твоих минидампов. Они намного менее разнообразны, чем я думал из вашего ОП.

Все либо эталонные сети (NDIS) или NTFS. Во всех случаях NDIS драйвер стека из VirtualBox находится в стеке. Во всех случаях NTFS прямых доказательств Vbox нет, но диспетчер фильтров файловой системы активен.

Никаких других видимых компонентов я бы не назвал вероятными подозрениями.

У меня были BSOD с виртуальной коробкой раньше. Я бы отключил VBox, хотя бы чтобы посмотреть, поможет ли это. Если это поможет, убедитесь, что ваша копия Vbox обновлена, или переключитесь на другой хост VM, например, на бесплатную версию VMware.

Вывод chkdsk вряд ли будет полезен.

tcpip.sys является частью сетевого стека. Сбой в tcpip.sys вряд ли будет связан с проблемами в ntfs.

BSOD, которые идентифицируют множество различных компонентов, обычно происходят из-за аппаратных проблем, таких как ошибки памяти, разогнанные или недогруженные процессоры, перегрев процессоров, слабые источники питания ... такого рода вещи. Ваш следующий шаг должен состоять в запуске memtest со многими проходами.
