Так как это обнаружилось, я решил, что должен сделать типичную проверку системы, которую я делаю, используя Image-Health, которая включает опции команд DISM & SFC через простую в управлении систему меню.
DISM работал нормально, но SFC остановился на 23% и был создан в отчете (большая часть его информации о шестнадцатеричном / двоичном стиле, которая не разделяет имена файлов или папок, вызывающих проблему).
Теперь, для тех, кто говорит, что SFC несущественен, позвольте мне повторить - все упомянутые проверки, которые я использовал много раз, хорошо работали раньше.
Итак, я считаю, что эта Opera и SFC, как сталкивающиеся с проблемами разрешений, как-то связаны.
Единственным другим дополнением была установка Windows 8.1 Security Rollup до этих двух сбоев питания.
