Я пытаюсь удалить несколько секунд от начала видеопотока (звук уже исключен), и я получаю странные результаты: я думаю, что за каждую секунду, которую я увеличиваю -ss на, результирующий файл будет второй короче ... это не так.

С видео H.264 у вас есть группа изображений.

Для экономии места некоторые кадры являются межкадровыми

Вы можете вырезать H.264 только на внутренней раме AKA I-frame.

То, что я сделал, было перекодировать с использованием кодека без потерь, а затем перекодировать

ffmpeg -i input.mkv -c:v ffvhuff FFVhuff.mkv

ffmpeg -ss 26.818 -i FFVhuff.mkv trim.mkv
