Я нахожусь на новой установке Gentoo, и при попытке установить наложение kde4.9.3 через kde4 layman я получаю следующую ошибку для kdepimlibs-4.9.3

Проблема существует с новыми версиями cmake, так как функции запросов cmake-file удалены в более новых версиях. Таким образом, вам нужно использовать более старую версию, чем 2.8 (как запрашивает сообщение об ошибке)

т.е. добавить

>dev-util/cmake-2.8

на ваш /etc/portage/package.mask для этого и повторите попытку.
