Я хотел бы использовать функцию быстрой перемотки Windows Media Center для воспроизведения видео со скоростью 1,5x.
Если todvrms.exe включен в пакет DVRMSToolbox, конверсия останется на уровне 99,81%.
В чем проблема? Какое другое программное обеспечение я мог бы использовать для выполнения этой операции?
Мне помог FFmpeg, но я не могу указать vcodec как h264 (работает только avc -> mpeg2video ).
