# ip route add 172.16.60.62/32 dev eth6

Кстати, "ifconfig" и "route" устарели в Linux; вам лучше использовать "ip":

$ ip address show
$ ip link show
$ ip route show

Вы можете сократить эти команды, чтобы ускорить процесс. ip a s и так далее.
