1) Есть ли какая-либо конкретная проблема, вызывающая это? Я видел это в некоторых темах, но нет верного решения.
2) Если нет доступных программных решений, решает ли это мой ноутбук в ремонтный центр?
Примечание: у меня Windows 8.1, я могу загружаться с ней и даже играть в игры, выполнять рендеринг / кодирование, я также могу получить доступ к BIOS, но BIOS не сохраняет новые настройки, а загрузочные USB-накопители не загружаются.
