У меня есть ноутбук под управлением дистрибутива Ubuntu, который отказывается приостановить работу. Это происходит примерно 3 раза в неделю. Опыт заключается в том, что вы либо закрываете крышку, либо отправляете систему в режим ожидания из диалогового окна выключения. Ноутбук начинает зависать, дисплей гаснет, мигает индикатор полумесяца, а затем через 2 секунды снова щелкает и просыпается!
Пауза достаточно длинная, чтобы ее не заметить, и у вас уже есть ноутбук в сумке, только чтобы потом ее вытащить еще и очень жарко! (если он полностью заряжен)
кстати .. Hibernate / Suspend to Disk тоже не работает, также снова просыпается.
