Я установил Postgre сегодня и хочу посмотреть базу данных Шема.
Я решил использовать schemaSpy и загрузить его, а также schemaSpyGui
и тогда я вижу:

А если из cmd я наберу
C:\Program Files (x86)\Graphviz2.38\bin>dot -V

Пожалуйста помоги.

после совета в комментарии я добавил path\to\Graphviz2.38\bin к переменной среды Path и теперь вижу следующее:
