Подключение к Интернету со старым драйвером ADSL из виртуальной машины

У меня есть старый модем ADSL, и у меня только его драйвер Win XP. Но я хочу подключиться к интернету из Linux. Моя идея заключается в использовании Win XP, работающей на virtualbox в Linux. Я должен передать управление USB-портом виртуальной машине, а затем подключиться к Win XP с помощью драйвера. а затем поделитесь интернетом с Host linux.
