Я щелкаю правой кнопкой мыши на магнитной ссылке и "Скопировать адрес ссылки" или аналогичный, а затем копирую эту ссылку в поток в "Добавить торрент".

Для Mac пользователь GitHub Lord-Kamina написал Deluge-Magnet-Handler, обходное решение AppleScript. Установленный в папке «Приложения» и запущенный один раз, чтобы связать себя со ссылками magnet: эти URL-адреса должны автоматически открыться в Deluge после этого.
