FileZilla не может подключиться к локальному FTP-серверу и отображает журналы ошибок на своем сервере

Я использую FTP-сервер на Windows 8.1 Pro с IIS. Это хорошо работает вместе. Но сегодня он показывает журналы ошибок, которые ожидают циклы ошибок, как показано ниже.Основная ошибка Retrieving directory listing... Мой корневой каталог - D:\ . Я могу получить к нему доступ из Chrome на мобильном телефоне и ПК.
