Когда я конвертирую видео из MKV в MP4 с помощью этой команды:
ffmpeg -i input.mkv -vcodec copy -acodec copy output.mp4
режим частоты кадров меняется с постоянной на переменную, создавая рассинхронизацию с течением времени в Adobe Premiere. Есть ли способ сохранить постоянную частоту кадров?
