Apache - не обслуживать корневой каталог

Question

Я пытаюсь остановить apache от обслуживания моего корневого каталога, но установка deny from all на <Directory /> также не дает apache обслуживать /var /www /html. Хотя доступ к этому каталогу разрешен в конфигурации. Конфигурационный файл Apache:
