Мой большой вопрос: что такое https://fe2.update.microsoft.com/v10/3/windowsupdate/selfupdate/wuident.cab? Запуск его в браузере Chrome ни к чему не приводит (не извлекает файл), и я могу получить доступ ко всем остальным интернет-сайтам. Это рабочий стол для дома, так что нет корпоративного брандмауэра и тому подобное. Я отключаю брандмауэр, и это не имеет значения.
