Я использую ffmpeg для перекодирования FLV-файла, который имеет только одну GOP, то есть только первый кадр является I-кадром. Проблема в том, что мой выходной файл содержит более одного I-кадра, но мне нужно, чтобы в начале он был только один.
Цель состоит в том, чтобы изменить скорость передачи данных.
Я использую эту команду для преобразования:
ffmpeg -y -copyts -i 1.flv -acodec copy -vcodec libx264 -r 30 -b:v 500k -g 500 -keyint_min 500 1_500k.flv
