Вы уверены, что user federicoculloca%xxxxxx является правильным параметром? Я имею в виду знак процента, а не остальные - возможно, @ лучше, чем%.

Но обычно 554 mail server permanently rejected message что означает, что принимающая сторона не принимает вашу почту из-за подозрения в спаме. Вы пробовали другие письма и других получателей?
