Как установить Ruby на RHEL 5.3

Я пытаюсь установить последнюю версию Ruby на RHEL 5.3 со следующим:

Лучше всего использовать менеджер версий ruby для установки ruby. Это работает на всех дистрибутивах на основе Linux и избавит вас от хлопот в долгосрочной перспективе. Я не могу рекомендовать это достаточно, чтобы быть честным. Посмотрите инструкции по установке.
