Как установить модуль "google" для Python в Windows 10?

Мне трудно установить модуль google на мой Python 3.6.4 или на самом деле увидеть его на Python:

C:\WINDOWS\system32>python -m pip install --upgrade google

Как мне установить модуль google чтобы он был виден Python?
