export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig

До сих пор я добавил строку ниже и не работал

export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/lib/pkgconfig

После добавления этой строки экспортируйте PKG_CONFIG_PATH =/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig

./configure был успешным
