Я использую pip v1.5.6, который поставляется с python, установленным через homebrew, на OSX 10.11
Например, при запуске pip install emo , я получаю:

https://pypi.python.org/simple/emo занимает очень много времени для загрузки для меня, но на самом деле существует.
Есть идеи, что может случиться? Другие пакеты, например "scapy", устанавливаются нормально.
