Windows 7 x64 Startup восстанавливает бесконечный цикл

Прошлой ночью мой Windows-ПК отключился значительно дольше обычного и сегодня утром выглядел медленнее, чем обычно (медленный запуск, зависание). После перезагрузки кажется, что я больше не могу войти в Windows, и вместо этого мне предоставляется система восстановления при запуске. Похоже, что это ничего не делает для самостоятельного решения проблемы, и любые последующие перезагрузки просто возвращаются к восстановлению при запуске.

Я до сих пор пытался сделать следующее:

1) Я попытался восстановить куст реестра вручную (Источник). Это приводит, по крайней мере, к избавлению от цикла восстановления при запуске, но в конечном итоге завершается мгновенным синим экраном и перезагрузкой после "стартовых окон". С тех пор я восстановил реестр до его первоначального состояния.

2) Я попробовал chkdsk /f на моем диске (Источник). С тех пор это повисло, и с тех пор я ничего не делал. Вывод этого ниже.
