Я не уверен, что происходит или с чего начать в поиске проблемы. Я думаю, что может быть проблема с хранилищем в /etc/yum.repos.d/. Я не уверен, почему в сообщении говорится, что package_blah.el6 будет обновлен, package_blah.el5.rf будет обновлением. Наверняка el6 будет обновлением
Также, когда я пытаюсь удалить python yum remove python.x86_64 я получаю очень странную ошибку Error: Trying to remove "yum", which is protected
