/next:date[,...]   Runs the specified command on the next occurrence of the
                   day (for example, next Thursday).  If date is omitted, the
                   current day of the month is assumed.
"command"          Is the Windows NT command, or batch program to be run.

Не используйте at . Это небезопасно - все задания получают привилегии SYSTEM , что даже хуже, чем у администратора.

Используйте вместо этого schtasks :

schtasks /create /tn "Foo" /tr calc.exe /sc once /st 8:24

По умолчанию задания, выполняемые в at , выполняются в фоновом режиме. Вы можете использовать at /interactive чтобы изменить это:

at 8:24 /interactive calc

Калькулятор запускался на своего рода "виртуальном" рабочем столе. Это там, вы просто не можете видеть это. Это вполне ожидаемое поведение для at+gui .

То же самое происходит, когда вы используете взаимодействие MS Office с ASP или ASP.Net - вся программа запускается на частном рабочем столе на сервере, который никто не может видеть.
