Недавно мы установили накопительный пакет 15 и после обновления я получаю сообщение об ошибке при попытке экспортировать любой список рабочих процессов в Excel. В IE я получаю универсальное сообщение «Произошла ошибка ...», но я вынул из файла трассировки следующее:

Есть идеи о том, что происходит? Я использую CRM 4.0 - накопительный пакет 15, IE9, Win 7

В качестве первого шага я бы порекомендовал установить Rollup 18 (который является последней версией).
