ssh-copy-id не работает на Mac

Я следую этому уроку, и это то, что я пытаюсь

ssh-copy-id -i ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub remote_host

В нем говорится, Permission denied (publickey,password).

Я также попробовал ssh -v remote_host и подтвердил, что

Вы должны предоставить закрытый ключ для ssh-copy-id или вообще не указывать ключ, как указано в кратком описании команды (со страницы руководства):

 ssh-copy-id [...] [-i [identity_file]] [-p port] [-o ssh_option] [user@]hostname

или нет ключа вообще (в этом случае он скопирует все ключи в стандартном месте). Использование следующего должно сделать работу:

ssh-copy-id -i ~/.ssh/id_rsa remote_host

Если это не поможет, пожалуйста, запустите

ssh-copy-id -i ~/.ssh/id_rsa -o LogLevel=DEBUG3 remote_host

и обновите вопрос с выводом, чтобы исследовать больше.
