История этого HDD

Жесткий диск 1,5 ТБ, 6 лет. IIRC - 7200 об / мин с интерфейсом ATA133, использующим встроенный контроллер материнской платы. Он отлично работал на большом настольном ПК, затем 1 год назад я переместил его на мини-itx TVPC с небольшим Celeron G530 2,4 ГГц и практически ни с чем, загружаясь ежедневно для просмотра фильмов / просмотра в течение 1 года без каких-либо проблем, затем вдруг однажды он не может загрузиться, выдавая ошибки ввода-вывода диска.

TVPC продолжает ежедневное обслуживание с использованием Linux Live USB.

Теперь через месяц я сканировал жесткий диск, используя badblocks -svw /dev/sda

Завершено

  • 100% запись прохода
  • 100% прочитанный проход
  • 62% написания какого-то другого паттерна (..5C .. или что-то IIRC) в прошлый раз, когда я проверял, пока все шло отлично.

Все с ошибкой 0/0/0.

В следующий раз, когда я проверил, первые две ошибки в бадблоках были очень высоки (несколько сотен тысяч и несколько сотен тысяч), но они работали на screen с ограниченным буфером, поэтому я не мог прокрутить назад достаточно далеко, чтобы увидеть, где находится проблема началась.

Я попытался проверить статистику SMART накопителя с помощью hdparm, но увидел, что накопитель полностью исчез! fdisk -l больше не показывал. Даже после перезагрузки жесткий диск не появляется. Я сделал это удаленно, поэтому не могу выключить его в данный момент. Но я подозреваю, что он, вероятно, снова появится после включения / выключения питания.

Любые идеи, почему это было совершенно функционально в начале теста (завершение полного цикла записи, затем полного цикла чтения, затем 62% какого-то другого цикла), а затем несколько часов спустя, исчезли? Похоже, что с жестким диском и материнской платой все в порядке, но блок питания или что-то еще может быть неисправно?

У меня есть одна теория, что пульсация (шум) источника питания становится слишком высокой при сильном потреблении тока (при использовании жесткого диска), но, похоже, справляется только с флеш-накопителем USB:/

Все, что мы знаем сейчас, это то, что есть аппаратная проблема. Это может быть вызвано процессором (возможно, из-за перегрева), встроенным контроллером ATA, кабелем данных, блоком питания или самим жестким диском.

Поскольку проще всего проверить температуру процессора, вот с чего я начну. Хотя этот тип ошибок, вызванных перегревом процессора, сегодня встречается не так часто, я видел его много раз на старых машинах.

Если температура процессора нормальная, вам, вероятно, следует попробовать другой кабель для передачи данных или установить жесткий диск на другом компьютере, чтобы проверить, работает ли он правильно.

Наконец, если проблема все еще не устранена, вам, возможно, придется попробовать отдельный контроллер ATA или источник питания для завершения диагностики.
